The record
Denver’s Lumber Baron Inn combines a restored Victorian mansion with a widely reported haunting reputation. Westword identifies it as a location in Netflix’s 28 Days Haunted and discusses the unsolved 1970 murders associated with the property. Owners and guests have described apparitions and footsteps, but those reports do not resolve the crimes.
