Plaza Arts Center / Old School History Museum — Georgia

The record

Staff accounts collected by Eatonton's tourism office describe voices in empty corridors, whistling and unexplained cologne scents at the former school. A visitor group reportedly saw a portrait of former principal Mr. Dickey fall. Local interpretation associates the experiences with the principal's spirit.

Paranormal explanations remain claims, not established facts. Read the original sources for context.
