The record

Harriet Colfax kept this 1858 lighthouse from 1861 to 1904. An April 2019 investigation records staff reports of footsteps, laughter and a cash drawer opening. Investigator Kathie Para saw the drawer move twice but acknowledged an ordinary explanation was possible; she recorded no electronic voice phenomena.
