Simon Powell’s nineteenth-century home became a restoration project in 2012. Owner Steven Miller described shadows, illuminated windows and occasional scratches to Ghost Research Society. The team investigated in August 2016; its report treats the building’s alleged activity separately from the documented Powell family history.
