The record
Mindie Burgoyne interviewed a former owner who said he and an assistant watched a woman leave the elevator and pass through closed theater doors. He later associated her with an old photograph and the name Marguerite. Staff also reported unoccupied elevator trips. The supposed murder behind the apparition remains part of the theater’s reported legend.
